- Must have a minimum 5 years drywall experience
- Must have proven knowledge of reading architectural and structural plans
- Must be able to read specs
- Must be able to take off drywall jobs up to 2 million dollars
- Manual take off experience is a plus
- Prepares detailed and accurate estimates from solicited plans and specification
- Presents pricing to the General Contractor –usually in a competitive bidding situations
- must be able to do submittals
- Good work ethics
Project Manager – San Antonio
- Must have a minimum 5 years drywall experience

- Must be able to do submittals
